The CPHS Boys Hockey Booster Club funds two $500 scholarships through the Champlin Park High School Career Center.  All seniors playing hockey for CPHS Boys Hockey are eligible to apply.  The Career Center Staff evaluate each applicant and make all decisions regarding who is awarded the scholarships.  Applications for these scholarships can be picked up at the Career Center at Champlin Park High School.
