Instructions: Complete the online registration. Download the tally sheet on the webpage or use your own. Turn in the completed tally sheet on September 5th to cpyhashotclub@gmail.com. Include the t-shirt size in the email.

Amount of Shots to complete:
Mites/8U = 5000 shots (56 shots per day)
SQ/10U/PW/12U = 7500 shots (85 shots per day)
Bantam/15U = 10,000 shots (113 shots per day)
*Goalies can complete as well* Work on your blocks and catches. Can be with a live puck from a partner/training. Or you can bounce balls off of a wall.
Registration: Will close with the completion of the first week of the program.
